This photo taken on March 2, 2016 shows a flock of black-winged stilts (Himantopus himantopus) flying past a wetland at the Guandu Nature Park in Taipei. The birds in the past nest mostly in southern Taiwan, but they are gradually expanding to the north and in greater numbers. According to Guandu Nature Park in northern Taiwan, the black-winged stilt population has increased to at least 5,000 nowadays.
